NO KNEAD DUTCH OVEN ARTISAN BREAD

Hi friends! Today I am going to share with you how to make the No Knead Dutch Oven Artisan Bread. πŸ₯–  I love this recipe so much because it is very easy to make and requires basic ingredients. It is the perfect recipe for those who are like me and want to make bread on vacation!

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 & 1/2 cups warm water 

  • 1 packet of yeast (active dry, instant, or quick rise - 2 & 1/4 teaspoons)

  • 1/2 tablespoon salt

  • 3 & 1/4 cups all purpose flour or bread flour, plus more for dusting

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, mix together the warm water (1/2 cup), yeast (1 packet/2 & 1/4 teaspoons), and table salt (1/2 tablespoon), until the yeast and salt are fully or almost dissolved (I like using a whisk for this).

2. Add in the flour (3 & 1/4 cups) to the bowl all at once and stir everything together until a sticky dough forms. Don't worry about mixing it too much, just make sure everything is uniformly wet. It is going to be messy and sticky. Using a spatula, you can scrape off the sticky dough left on the spoon.

3. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel. Leave it for about 2-3 hours to rise in a somewhat warm environment.

4. 30 minutes to an hour before you are ready to bake, preheat your oven and the Dutch Oven to 450° F.

5. Scrape the dough into the parchment paper and form the loaf so that it is in the center of the parchment paper.

6. Take out the preheated Dutch Oven and take off the lid, carefully! Grab the parchment from the sides and place the loaf in your Dutch oven.

7. Place the cover back on the Dutch oven and place it in the preheated oven on the center rack. Bake for 35 minutes at 450°F. Remove the lid and bake for another 5-10 minutes, until a golden brown color forms. If necessary, bake for longer. Remove the loaf from the Dutch Oven and place it on a wire rack or cutting board to cool for at least 10 minutes (preferably 30 minutes to an hour, if you have time) before slicing.

  • 1/2 столовой Π»ΠΎΠΆΠΊΠΈ соли 

  • 3 ΠΈ 1/4 стакана ΠΌΡƒΠΊΠΈ

2. ДобавляСм ΠΌΡƒΠΊΡƒ ΠΈ Ρ€Π°Π·ΠΌΠ΅ΡˆΠΈΠ²Π°Π΅ΠΌ всë Π»ΠΎΠΏΠ°Ρ‚ΠΊΠΎΠΉ силиконовой Ρ‡Ρ‚ΠΎΠ±Ρ‹ ΠΌΡƒΠΊΠ° Π½Π΅ Π±Ρ‹Π»Π° сухой (Ρ‡Ρ‚ΠΎΠ±Ρ‹ вся ΠΌΡƒΠΊΠ° Π²ΠΏΠΈΡ‚Π°Π»Π°ΡΡŒ Π² Π²ΠΎΠ΄Ρƒ).
